It’s truly a team effort. They handled everything, and I mean everything. They brought in a team of people to update the property inside and out, recommended an amazing staging group and within less than 48 hours after going live, we had over 6 aggressive offers. It was the perfect match for our house hunt. Sherri is so detail-oriented, even with the extra challenge of COVID, that she was there every step of the way with us asking questions we never would have thought of, requesting additional inspections that saved us from post-sale surprises, and negotiating little things for us that ended up saving us real money. After missing out on a house we bid on Sherri showed us a house that wasn’t on the market yet. It never made it to the market as we were able to get the deal done first! Right from our first meeting, her knowledge, detail-orientation and dedication impressed both me and my husband. We did interview other Realtors®, but Sherri’s presentation to us was head and shoulders above her competitors – with lots of details that really showed that she had done a ton of research before presenting to us. This gave us a good indication of how much work she and her team put into selling ‘their’ homes and how experienced they are. I was a little uncomfortable about a lower listing price she suggested, but Sherri knew her stuff and had predicted that the lower price listed would bring more interest, which would mean more offers and ultimately, a better sale price, and she was right. We were also impressed with how she tweaked things like the offer date, in response to offer dates of comparable homes that were on the market at the same time. She, and Kristin held our hands through our wobbles and tirelessly responded to our many questions and queries through the process. Their attention to detail goes above and beyond any expectation I could have had. Funny anecdote: seller’s RE agent felt they’d been thru a colonoscopy after going through Sherri’s property questions. That’s the kind of thorough you need when purchasing a home! Although not my first purchase, it was my first time working with Sherri and Kristin. In my experience, after closing, if you’re not buying or selling something, RE agents are MIA. However, Sherri and Kristin aren’t fair-weather agents. After the deal was closed, we were emailed a reminder that property taxes would be due soon and what sort of penalty we’d face if we missed the deadline. As a busy working couple with kids and many balls up in the air, this is the kind of reminder I appreciate so much. This also helped me understand that this team really cares about our relationship and is continuing to invest in it. With today’s online resources, it’s easy believe you can handle RE transactions without agents. That may be true if you work with a mediocre agent. However, great agents are invaluable. From smelling out questionable HOAs to helping you distill the qualities of your ideal home, especially in SF’s tight, complex landscape. I know there was some luck at play, but in the end, we purchased a home that we love, that exceeded our expectation in value, and in the perfect location. We made one offer and completed one purchase with Sherri and Kristin. It was an off-market listing (exclusively available to top agents in SF) at the end of the holiday season. I know this sounds trite, but this was totally our unicorn of RE transactions. Thank you Sherri and Kristin!"

We actually had worked with a different Realtor® when purchasing our home and were planning on using her again to sell, until a good friend recommended Kristin and Sherri. We felt pretty confident we were going to use our existing Realtor®, but felt we should do our due diligence and talk to a few more people. As first-time sellers, we were a little lost on what was needed to get our home show ready, especially in regards to any renovations needed to drive a greater return. During our first meeting, Sherri and Kristin confidently and immediately provided recommendations on a few small things we would need to change and confirmed we could stage it with our existing furniture. Previously, we were on the fence if it would beneficial to remodel our bathroom, and they quickly confirmed the cost would not deliver the return we were thinking (we were very relieved!). This was exactly the guidance we needed, which we had not previously received from anyone else. After we quickly decided to move forward with Sherri and Kristin as our listing agents (we pretty much decided on the spot), their project management was superb! Unbelievably organized and absolutely no hidden surprises. There was really no work to do on our end – they handled absolutely everything. I don’t know where to start with this review because Sherri is everything you think a great real estate agent should be and then she is also a bunch of things you didn’t even know you needed. – She’s an honest, ethical agent whose integrity bears out in her actions and recommendations. This was super important to us and it’s apparent that she does her best to serve her client’s interests. – They do more than just show you houses and put together the paperwork for an offer (as some other agents we have worked with do). Sherri brings to bear her experience, expertise, and data-supported analysis to actually give you GUIDANCE. She presents info, data, and recommendations while still leaving the decisions to us. – They are super responsive, which is really key when you are doing last minute calculations and thinking through one of the biggest purchases of your life or trying to strategize on how to get the highest price for your house. – They are super organized. We got updates in real-time and she uses Basecamp to list schedules, deadlines, action items. Things were transparent and easy to understand. As we’ve found, so many things in buying and selling homes can be left to chance – however, because Sherri and Savinie were always prepared, organized, and transparent with us, we always felt that we had as much control of a situation as one can have. – And just have to reiterate that Sherri is a meaningful advisor. Some agents just go by gut feeling or just say things like, “well, you know, it could go high or it could go low – who knows, the market will speak!” She actually helped us navigate what can be an opaque, confusing, and high stakes process.
